Alfsnet registration / Update Details
Important:
1. Do not use this form to order a prospectus
2. By filling in this form and clicking the "Submit ALFS Registration" button at the bottom of the form, you are agreeing to publish the details (according to the Privacy Level you select at the bottom of this form) submitted on the ALFS database . The ALFS database is hosted on the LFS web site and is open for anyone who visits the LFS web site to view.
3. If you would like to update your details, change only the fields that you want updated. Then, select "amendments" under submission type at the bottom of the form.
4. Please note that your details will not be updated automatically as they must be verified first. This process takes about a week.
You will also be added as a member in the LFS forums with just your name and country. You will be able to cancel your membership to the forums if you so wish.

(2) If you are in touch with any other Alumni or Ex-Staff, PLEASE encourage them to register to keep ALFS growing.
If you do not want to use the form:
1. Fax the same information to +44 71 497 3718
2. Write to us (snail mail), with the same information, at Dept. ALFS, L.F.S., 24 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9UB, U.K.
3. Come to the School in person and provide the information!
Form Help
Name. Enter the name you were known by when you were at the school. If you name has changed, please enter your new name in the 'Details' field.
Country. Select the country in which you are currently based. If your country is not one of the menu items, select 'Other.....' and type the name in the following field. If you are active in more than one country, enter the one you feel is your main base in the 'Country' field and the other country/ies in the'Details' field.
Email, WWW. Leave these blank if you do not have an Email Address and/or a Web Site. If you enter your information in them - when someone searches for you, your Email and/or URL will be shown on the read-out as hypertext links, enabling them to contact you, or view your Web Site, directly. If you have a record in the Internet Movie Database, we will also insert a hypertext link to your IMDB entry.
Categories. Click on the categories you think are relevant. We expect many of the graduates from a non-specialised Diploma Course, such as ours, to have more than one skill. However, do remember the old saying about 'Jack of all trades and master of none' before ticking every category.
Professional Membership. If you wish to do so enter: (a) Doctorate or other Postgraduate qualification such as M.A., Ph.D etc. (b) Memberships of Learned or Professional Societies or Institues such as BKSTS, ASC, etc.
Details. A few brief notes about what you have been/are doing will be of great interest and may even lead to work contacts. A select filmography would be nice. Most useful would be details of facilities or skills which you could offer to visiting ex-students, or other film makers, from other countries. But please keep everything brief. We do not have space for autobiographies in this section. We reserve the right to edit the text, either to shorten it or to match our format.
Submission Type. To help us with the administration of the data, please select if it is a new submission (First time submission) or changes to previous record (Amendments).
Privacy Level. You can choose from 5 different levels of privacy.
